About the Role

CTMC is looking for a Content Officer to coordinate and localize promotional content for international customers across our partner destinations. You will work closely with teams in Zhejiang, Guizhou, Shandong, Hong Kong, and Cambridge to plan, produce, and publish content that aligns with our brand and audience expectations. This role is based in Wuzhen with flexible remote options.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate the collection and organisation of existing content across destinations
  • Plan, write, edit, and localize content for websites, blogs, email, and social media
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams across multiple locations
  • Manage content updates in the CMS and ensure timely publication
  • Track content performance and compile basic analytics reports
  • Research topics, monitor trends, and analyse competitor activity
  • Proofread and fact-check to maintain quality and consistency
  • Support occasional office and coordination tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in digital content management
  • Excellent written English and professional Mandarin Chinese
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with web publishing (HTML, CSS, Markdown) and digital tools
  • Understanding of digital marketing and social media practices
  • Ability to collaborate and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
