About the Role
CTMC is seeking a Python Backend Engineer to build a web-based international customer acquisition system and integrate it with our existing enterprise infrastructure. You will work closely with teams in Yanguan, Zhejiang and external web designers in Cambridge, UK to deliver a reliable, scalable platform for global customers. This role is based in Yanguan with a hybrid work option.
Key responsibilities
- Build backend services for the customer acquisition platform
- Integrate the platform with Zhongjing Cloud and internal systems
- Design APIs and data flows that support multi-destination operations
- Ensure reliability, security, and performance for international users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across China and the UK
- Maintain documentation for system architecture and integrations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a highly quantitative discipline
- 3+ years of professional Python development experience
- Experience building production web applications and APIs
- Strong software architecture and systems integration skills
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud deployments
- Ability to work independently with clear communication in English and Chinese
